Only the physical artwork is transferred to the buyer.

4. Products and Availability
All artworks sold on our website are original pieces.
Once an artwork is sold, it becomes unavailable unless otherwise stated.
Colours, textures and details may vary slightly depending on screen calibration.
We strive to show artworks as accurately as possible, but we cannot guarantee exact visual representation.
5. Prices and Taxes
All prices are shown in euros (€) and do not include applicable taxes.
Taxes (such as VAT) will be calculated during the checkout process based on the destination country.
For orders outside the European Union, additional customs duties, import taxes or handling fees may apply.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
6. Shipping Policy
We ship artworks to Spain, the European Union, the United Kingdom, the United States and Japan.
Estimated delivery times
(Subject to variation due to logistics or customs)
Spain: 3 to 10 days
Europe: 5 to 15 days
United Kingdom, USA, Japan: 7 to 21 days
Weekends and public holidays are not included in shipping times.
Artworks are shipped securely packaged and, whenever possible, insured.
Customs and import taxes
For destinations outside the EU, customs duties may apply.
These are the responsibility of the buyer.
7. Returns Policy
Since our artworks are unique pieces, we apply a special return policy.
Return period
The customer has 14 natural days from the date of delivery to request a return.
Conditions
To qualify for a return:
The artwork must be in perfect condition
It must be returned in the original packaging
Return shipping costs are paid by the customer unless the return is due to our mistake
Damaged artwork
If the artwork arrives damaged, the customer must notify us within 24 hours, including clear photographs of the damage and packaging.
Refund method
We do not issue monetary refunds.
If the return is accepted, we will provide a store credit voucher for the same amount paid, redeemable on any artwork in our online store.
The voucher does not expire.
8. Payment Methods
We accept the payment methods available on our website at the time of purchase, which may include:

Payments are processed securely.
ArtCore Limitless S.L. does not store credit card details.
9. Order Confirmation
After placing an order, the customer will receive a confirmation email.
If an artwork is unavailable or there is an error in the order, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.

Items damaged due to improper handling after delivery

Incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the purchased artwork.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by Spanish law.
